Terms of Service:
Your proofs will be ready approximately 2 weeks after your session and will be available to view in your private online gallery.
You will have until your gallery expires (in most cases, 30 days) to make your selections. There will be a $25 archival fee per each additional month if selections are not made.
Digital files included in your package can be downloaded directly from the gallery in high resolution. If you would prefer to receive your images on a USB drive, they can be mailed to you for an additional $25. If you choose prints, those will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of ordering.
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Kristen does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your images.
Deposit & Payment:
Client shall reserve the time and date of services by signing and submitting this agreement along with the required non-refundable retainer or 100% for mini session events. Payments are accepted via debit/credit card or personal check.

Please respect Kristen’s time, care, and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws.
